At the XSYS stand, the ThermoFlexX TFxX 30 and larger 48 model plate imagers attracted great interest. The ThermoFlexX 48 could be seen connected to the new Catena-E 48 LED exposure unit, demonstrating how automation is changing the platemaking process.
XSYS also displayed its broad range of flexographic and letterpress plates for label and packaging production, along with the rotec portfolio of adapters and sleeves, including the Smart Premium and Smart Sleeves, Eco Xtra Ring for adapters and associated upgrade program.
A concept label was produced specifically for the show illustrating how to ‘spice up your brilliance;’ with the capabilities of the nyloflex FTV flexo printing plate, imaged and processed on the ThermoFlexX and Catena-E equipment.
