Fast and cost-efficient large-format printing

According to Midcomp’s director Navin Jeewanlall, HP PageWide XL printers offer fast large-format monochrome and colour printing with up to 50% savings in total production costs, allowing print service providers (PSPs) to grow their business with GIS map printing and POS poster printing to generate new revenue streams.

Navin notes that the HP PageWide XL Pro 10000 printer is the fastest in the series with print speeds up to 30 A1 pages/min. It features an ultrafast processor, native PDF management and HP SmartStream, which enables PSPs to deliver full projects three times faster by printing mixed outputs of both CAD drawings and presentation boards. It can integrate into existing Caldera and Onyx Rip workflows.

Further benefits are 10 times lower energy consumption than comparable LED printers, low running costs for both CAD drawings and posters with up to five-litre original HP Eco-Carton ink cartridges and intuitive workflows for a fast-learning curve with simple application instructions through HP Learn.

The HP PageWide XL Pro Series provides cost-effective production printing of short-term posters on rolls, sheets and boards at printing speeds of up to 700m² or 1 000 B1 posters/hour.

The HP PageWide XL Pro 5200 printer series enables PSPs to expand into two-sided, short-term retail posters and send them to print easily through HP SmartStream at speeds up to 20 A1 pages/min.
